MCR transitions can help!

You can learn skills and techniques to better cope with life’s changes and transitions, gain the support to grieve a significant loss and obtain knowledge in a safe space to heal from trauma.

I have several years of experience working with populations from various backgrounds, including working with multiple branches of the military; veterans and active duty.

I have also worked in various community-based organizations and mental health clinics. I specialize in working with adults experiencing various mental health challenges and disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and can customize treatments to your unique needs.

I am a licensed therapist in Arizona, with a telehealth practice based out of Tucson. If you are interested, reside in the state of Arizona, and are open to virtual therapy use Reach Out Today to set up a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your specific needs and determine if I’m the right therapist for you.

Michele finished her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Minot State University and at the time wanted to work in a field where she was able to serve her community. She did so providing support during challenging and difficult times working with Ward County Social Services. She went on and pursued her Master’s degree in Social Work at Texas State University and this allowed more flexibility to work in other areas serving the military population; areas included non-profits, inpatient, outpatient and 3 years at a military treatment facility.

Michele approaches her practice with the perspective of teaching people to get to know themselves at a deeper level. Michele believes people know what they need, sometimes they just need help seeing that.
