I have several years of experience working with populations from various backgrounds, including working with multiple branches of the military; veterans and active duty.

I have also worked in various community-based organizations and mental health clinics. I specialize in working with adults experiencing various mental health challenges and disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and can customize treatments to your unique needs.

I know you never expected to feel this way or to be struggling like this. Having expectations on you to always be the one to take care of everyone else, to always be the consistent/reliable/strong one, and to always feel like you can’t ask for help because you’re exhausted by the constant opinions of what you should or shouldn’t do….

It’s too much to shoulder all that on your own.

Just the same as you are a constant for people, you deserve to also have a constant in your life, and a place where you can just BE, to work out whatever you need to work out, on your own terms.

My business - the work I do - is personal for me, and to me. To have people allow me to look at the deepest parts of their lives is incredibly humbling.

I know how scary and overwhelming it can feel to think about going to therapy, especially because it’s such an intimate experience. I don’t ever want it to feel like more stress or work for you. This needs to be an ok place for you to be able to work on you, talk things out, and just be heard, without exception. We can pivot as needed, according to what is or isn’t working for you.

I believe these things to be true:

  • You are strong and can do hard things.
  • You’re valued and valuable, and you deserve to have help and support while you’re doing hard things.
  • You can make mistakes, learn from them, and still be and feel completely worthy.
  • All people deserve to be treated with respect and allowed to follow whatever path they choose.
